On December 14th, the #tweetea Ann Arbor crew hosted their 1st Annual Charity #tweetea Bar Crawl. Taking place along Main St. in downtown Ann Arbor, patrons were invited to join the fight to help Ann Arbor’s teen center The Neutral Zone, and enjoy a few adult beverages along the way. To attend a minimum $10 donation to benefit The Neutral Zone was asked. As a proud sponsor of the event, we were more than happy to help! We met some really great folks, shared some stories, donned a very legit hoodie and of course, knocked a few drinks back. All in all we helped raise over $1,000 for the Neutral Zone and we’re already looking forward to the next crawl! For more updated information, please visit the Facebook event here.

TWEETEA is a weekly event born out of a Chinese tea shop in Royal Oak, Michigan. It is a gathering of friendlies, who happen to be enthusiastic about social media. These individuals are multi-generational, come from all walks of life and enjoy careers in diverse industries such as PR, marketing and media.
